渣漿泵葉片式泵的分類
葉片式泵按其結(jié)構(gòu)型式，分類如下:
1.按液體流出葉輪的方向
(1) 離心式:軸向吸入，徑向流出，如圖2-9所示;
(2) 軸流式:軸向吸入，軸向流出，如圖2-10所示;
(3) 混流式:軸向吸入，斜向流出，如圖2-11所示。
2.按液體吸入方式
(1)單吸:液體從葉輪的一側(cè)吸入，如圖2-9所示;
(2)雙吸:液體從葉輪的兩側(cè)吸入，如圖2-12所示。
3.技葉輪數(shù)目
(1)單級:泵內(nèi)只有一個葉輪的泵;
(2)兩級:泵內(nèi)有二個葉輪串聯(lián)的泵;
(3)多級:泵內(nèi)有二個或二個以上葉輪串聯(lián)的泵，泵內(nèi)葉輪個數(shù)稱為多級泵的級數(shù)。
4.按葉片安裝方法可否轉(zhuǎn)動
(1)可調(diào)葉片:葉片安裝角可轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)的，即轉(zhuǎn)葉式，它只用在混流式和軸流式中;
(2)固定葉片:葉片安放角是固定的，即旋槳式。
5.按泵體形式
(1) 蝸殼式:壓水室為螺旋形蝸室的殼體;
(2) 雙蝸殼式:壓水室為二個蝸室的殼體;
(3)透平泵:帶導(dǎo)葉的壓水室;
(4)筒式泵:內(nèi)殼體外裝有圓筒狀的耐壓殼體;

Classification of vane pumps for slurry pumps
The vane pump is classified as follows according to its structural type:
1. According to the direction of liquid flowing out of impeller
(1) centrifugal: axial suction, radial outflow, as shown in Figure 2-9;
(2) axial flow type: axial suction, axial outflow, as shown in Figure 2-10;
(3) mixed flow type: axial suction, oblique outflow, as shown in Figure 2-11.
2. According to the way of liquid inhalation
(1) single suction: liquid is inhaled from one side of impeller, as shown in Figure 2-9;
(2) double suction: liquid is inhaled from both sides of the impeller, as shown in Figure 2-12.
3. Number of technical impellers
(1) single stage: a pump with only one impeller;
(2) two stages: the pump has two impellers in series;
(3) multistage: a pump with two or more impellers in series in the pump. The number of impellers in the pump is called the stage of multistage pump.
4. Can the blade be rotated according to the installation method
(1) adjustable blade: the installation angle of the blade can be adjusted by turning, that is, the rotating blade type, which is only used in the mixed flow type and axial flow type;
(2) fixed blade: the blade angle is fixed, i.e. propeller type.
5. According to the pump body form
(1) volute type: the pressurized water chamber is the shell of spiral volute chamber;
(2) double volute type: the pressurized water chamber is the shell of two volutes;
(3) turbine pump: pressure chamber with guide vane;
(4) barrel pump: the inner casing is equipped with cylindrical pressure housing outside;
