渣漿泵的幾種常用結(jié)構(gòu)單級(jí)雙吸離心泵
如圖2-14所示，這種結(jié)構(gòu)泵使用也很廣泛，它實(shí)際相當(dāng)于將兩個(gè)相同的葉輪背靠背地裝在一根軸上并聯(lián)工作，所以這種泵不但流量大，而且可以自動(dòng)平衡軸向力。單級(jí)雙吸泵一般采用半螺旋形吸入室，泵體為蝸殼式壓水空并水平中開(kāi)式。軸承裝在泵軸的兩端，小型泵采用滾動(dòng)軸承，大型泵采用滑動(dòng)軸承。這種泵工作平穩(wěn)可靠，維修方便，只要打開(kāi)泵蓋即可將整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子取出，可不動(dòng)進(jìn)出管路及電機(jī)。渣漿泵廠家
Two, several commonly used structure of centrifugal pump single-stage double suction centrifugal pump
As shown in Figure 2-14, this kind of structural pump is also widely used. It is actually equivalent to installing two identical impellers back-to-back on a shaft to work in parallel, so this kind of pump not only has large flow, but also can automatically balance the axial force. The single-stage double suction pump generally adopts a half spiral suction chamber, and the pump body is a volute type pressurized water air and horizontally split type. The bearing is installed at both ends of the pump shaft, the small pump adopts rolling bearing, and the large pump adopts sliding bearing. The pump works stably and reliably, and is easy to maintain. As long as the pump cover is opened, the whole rotor can be taken out without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines and motors.
