渣漿泵汽蝕的防止
為防止泵在運行中不發(fā)生汽蝕，根據(jù)泵的裝置情況，對汽蝕余量或吸上真空度進(jìn)行校核：
如果泵未選定，則是根據(jù)裝置情況用上式去選擇泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHR或允許吸上真空度[H]。而對于泵已選定，則是決定泵的幾何安裝高度H或泵進(jìn)口壓力P (或液面壓力po)
在平原地區(qū)，進(jìn)口管路較短時，式(3-1)可近似簡化為: H,≤1I0 I WPs 渣漿泵廠家
