北京郊區(qū)一輪是安裝的灌溉泵，流量為35m3/h，揚(yáng)程25m，配用電機(jī)功率5.5kW。
故障為電機(jī)合;不上閘，泵轉(zhuǎn)不起來。
解決過程:現(xiàn)場泵盤車車輕松靈活，軸承潤滑正常，電機(jī)接線正確， 啟泵時(shí)出口閥門是關(guān)閉的。但電機(jī)沒有啟動(dòng)器降壓啟動(dòng)，而是直按啟動(dòng)的。 再進(jìn)一步檢查，變壓器離泵很遠(yuǎn)，約有1500m，并且用很細(xì)的塑料導(dǎo)線連接起來?？戳酥笥X得變壓器離泵這麼遠(yuǎn)，導(dǎo)線又那么細(xì)，線壓降一定很大，決定趕快測量電機(jī)接戰(zhàn)端的電壓，結(jié)果僅為330V，電壓太低，又是直接啟動(dòng)，當(dāng)然就起不來了。后換了粗的導(dǎo)線電壓上升到380V，泵就起來了。渣漿泵
