當(dāng)揚程或流減需要降低15%以上或泵過大時,如采用切割葉輪方式進行調(diào),可能造成效率下降很多,不經(jīng)濟。此時可通過更換一個較小尺寸葉輪來實現(xiàn)流量調(diào)節(jié),換下來的葉輪留待以后恢復(fù)流量、揚程時使用。對于多級泵,可考慮在排出端拆去一個葉輪,并加定距套,不能在進口端拆去葉輪,以免增加進口阻力而出現(xiàn)汽蝕現(xiàn)象。

除上述工況調(diào)節(jié)方法外,還有改變?nèi)~片角度的調(diào)節(jié)、改變前置導(dǎo)葉葉片角度的調(diào)節(jié)以及入口管路節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)等。前兩種方法多用于軸流泵和混流泵中,后者使用時應(yīng)注意防止離心泵的汽蝕。
