多吸頭型為單級、單吸、立式離心渣漿泵，該系列泵采用國際上先進(jìn)的固液兩相流理論，按最小損失原則設(shè)計。其過流部件的幾何形狀符合介質(zhì)的流動狀態(tài)，減少了渦流和撞擊等局部與沿程水力損失，從而減輕了過流部件的磨損，提高了水力效率，降低了運(yùn)行噪音和振動；多吸頭系列渣漿泵的過流部件采用高硬合金鑄鐵，其材質(zhì)具有高抗磨性、抗腐蝕性、抗沖擊性能、從而使其壽命提高 多吸頭型渣漿泵一般浸入池內(nèi)或坑內(nèi)工作，不需要任何軸封和軸封水。加長軸系列的液下泵，可適用于液位較深的工況。該型泵適用于礦山、冶金、電力、煤炭、化工、建材等行業(yè)，輸送含有固體顆粒的磨蝕性和腐蝕性漿體，其固液混合物最大重量濃度：灰漿45%、礦漿60%。
產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：
SP型渣漿泵主要由葉輪、渦殼、后護(hù)板、軸套、支架、支撐板、軸、軸承、軸承體等零件組成。葉輪、渦殼、后護(hù)板的材質(zhì)為高鉻合金鑄鐵，葉輪與軸采用螺紋聯(lián)接，渦殼、支架、軸承體用螺栓聯(lián)接。泵軸與電機(jī)可采用聯(lián)軸器直聯(lián)傳動或皮帶傳動。SP型泵的軸承采用油脂潤滑。該系列泵為無軸封泵。

Product structure:
SP type slurry pump is mainly composed of impeller, volute, rear guard plate, shaft sleeve, bracket, support plate, shaft, bearing, bearing body and other parts. The impeller, volute and rear guard plate are made of high chromium alloy cast iron. The impeller and shaft are connected by thread, and the volute, bracket and bearing body are connected by bolts. The pump shaft and motor can be driven by coupling directly or by belt. The bearing of SP pump is lubricated by grease. The pump has no shaft seal.
