爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境的渣漿泵電機選擇
連續(xù)出現(xiàn)或長期出現(xiàn)爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境的危險區(qū)為10區(qū)，有時會將積留下的粉塵物揚起而偶然出現(xiàn)爆炸性粉塵混合物的環(huán)境危險區(qū)為11區(qū)。
爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境內的電氣設備和線路，應符合周圍環(huán)境內化學的、機械的、熱的、霉菌以及風沙等不同環(huán)境條件對電氣設備的要求。
在爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境內，電氣設備最高允許表面溫度應符合表5-17的規(guī)定。
防爆電氣設備選型:除可燃性非導電粉塵和可想纖維的11區(qū)環(huán)境采用防塵結構(標志為DP)的粉塵防爆電氣外，爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境10區(qū)及其他爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境11區(qū)均需采用塵密結構(標志為DT)的粉塵防爆電氣設備，并還需按照粉塵的不同引燃溫度選擇不同引燃溫度組別的電氣設備。
(4)火災危險環(huán)境的電機選擇
火災危險環(huán)境的電氣設備應符合周圍環(huán)境內化學的、機械的、熱的、霹菌及鳳沙等環(huán)境條件對電氣設備的要求。
在火災危險環(huán)境內，應根據(jù)區(qū)域等級和使用條件選擇電機的防護結構:
固定安裝式: 21區(qū)內:用IP44,但對有滑環(huán)等有火花部件的電機不宜采用;
22區(qū)內:用IP54;
23區(qū)內:用IP21， 但對有火花部件的電機應采用IP44。
移動攜帶式:都采用IP54。
