一、泵的故障原因及排除方法
泵的常見故障原因及排除方法見表7-1。
1. 故障：泵不出水
故障原因： 1)泵內(nèi)充液不足2)管路或葉輪堵塞3)吸入管路漏氣或軸封海氣4)泵轉(zhuǎn)向不對(duì)5)葉輪損壞6)發(fā)生汽蝕7)泵的最高揚(yáng)程低于裝置楊程
排除方法： 1)繼續(xù)向泵內(nèi)充液并放氣或抽真空2)清理管路或葉輪3)檢查并消除漏氣4)改變泵旋轉(zhuǎn)方向5)更換葉輪6)增加吸入壓力或降低泵安裝高度7)提高泵的揚(yáng)程或減少裝置揚(yáng)程
2.故障：流量小
故障原因：1)泵規(guī)定點(diǎn)揚(yáng)程低于裝置揚(yáng)程2)吸入管路內(nèi)窩氣3)泵轉(zhuǎn)速低4)泵發(fā)生汽蝕5)葉輪部分堵塞6)葉輪損壞或密封環(huán)磨損過大7)泵淹沒深度小，吸水面產(chǎn)生旋渦，吸入空氣8)泵葉輪直徑小
排除方法：1)提高泵的揚(yáng)程或減小裝置揚(yáng)程2)放氣及消除吸入管內(nèi)窩氣3)檢查原動(dòng)機(jī)及電路4)增加吸入壓力或降低泵安裝高度5)清理葉輪6)更換葉輪或更換密封環(huán)7)增加泵的淹沒深度或加防旋渦措施8)檢查加大葉輪直徑.渣漿泵廠家

I. causes of pump failure and troubleshooting
See table 7-1 for common fault causes and troubleshooting methods of the pump.
1. Fault: pump does not discharge water
Causes of failure: 1) insufficient liquid filling in the pump 2) blocked pipeline or impeller 3) air leakage in the suction pipeline or sea air in the shaft seal 4) improper rotation of the pump 5) impeller damage 6) cavitation 7) the maximum head of the pump is lower than the unit head
Troubleshooting: 1) continue to fill the pump with liquid and bleed or vacuum 2) clean the pipeline or impeller 3) check and eliminate air leakage 4) change the rotation direction of the pump 5) replace the impeller 6) increase the suction pressure or reduce the installation height of the pump 7) increase the head of the pump or reduce the head of the device
2. Fault: small flow
Fault causes: 1) the specified point lift of the pump is lower than the device lift; 2) the air in the suction pipeline is blocked; 3) the pump speed is low; 4) the pump is cavitating; 5) the impeller is partially blocked; 6) the impeller is damaged or the sealing ring is excessively worn; 7) the pump submerged depth is small, the suction surface produces vortex, and the air is drawn in; 8) the straight diameter of the pump impeller is small
Elimination methods: 1) increase the head of the pump or reduce the head of the device; 2) vent the air and eliminate the air pockets in the suction pipe; 3) check the prime mover and circuit; 4) increase the suction pressure or reduce the installation height of the pump; 5) clean the impeller; 6) replace the impeller or replace the sealing ring; 7) increase the submergence depth of the pump or add anti whirlpool measures; 8) check and increase the diameter of the impeller.
