如圖1- 47所示.泵I和泵lI相距很遠(yuǎn),進(jìn)行串聯(lián)工作(例如長(zhǎng)輸管道用油泵)時(shí)裝置特性
的畫法如下:在疊加泵I和泵lI性能曲線之前,應(yīng)先將泵間管路AB對(duì)泵I的影響考慮進(jìn)去。如兩泵的性能曲線都是(H-Q)1，AB段管路特性為(h-Q)1,則泵I在管路AB中輸送液體到泵Il入口時(shí)的剩余能頭應(yīng)是從(H-Q)1中減去各對(duì)應(yīng)流量下的(h-Q)r，即(H-Q)ll線。再將泵I的性能曲線(H一Q):與(H-Q)ll兩條曲線相加，就得這兩臺(tái)相距很遠(yuǎn)的渣漿泵串聯(lián)后工作的性能曲線(H - Q)1+日，該線與后面管路裝置的特性(h-Q)ll相交于M點(diǎn)，M點(diǎn)即為工作點(diǎn)。

The method of drawing is as follows: before superposing the performance curve of pump I and pump Li, the influence of pipeline AB between pumps on pump I should be taken into account. If the performance curve of both pumps is (H-Q) 1 and the pipeline characteristic of section AB is (H-Q) 1, the residual energy head of pump I when delivering liquid in pipeline AB to the inlet of pump IL shall be (H-Q) 1 minus (H-Q) r under corresponding flow, i.e. (H-Q) ll line. Then add the performance curve (H-Q): and (H-Q) ll of pump I, and the performance curve (H-Q) 1 + day after the two slurry pumps are connected in series, which intersects with the characteristic (H-Q) ll of the rear pipeline device at point m, and point m is the working point.
